Hudson Valley Oil & Energy Council–It is with a heavy heart that we report the passing of our dear friend Joe Loeb on Wednesday, December 23rd. Known for his quick wit, love of baseball, and penchant for colorful suits, Joe spent 25 years in the oil business.
He was instrumental in the planning and success of many important HVOEC functions. A Navy veteran, Joe was a loving father and grandfather whose good nature and infectious personality endeared him to all who knew him.
Joe has now been reunited with his wife Charlene; let us honor his memory by remembering his positive impact on his family, friends and colleagues.
