Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems recently hosted its fourth annual Women in HVAC event as part of its commitment to foster inclusivity and create an environment where women can excel in the HVAC industry. The three-day event was held at the UTC Center for Intelligent Buildings in Palm Beach Gardens, FL in July.
Approximately 170 women from North America attended the event for leadership and business development training, heating and cooling best practice sharing and fellowship. The participants were invited by leaders from Bryant and its distributors to attend the event. Pictured is Margo Richter, marketing manager, Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems.
