Cetane Associates LLC announced that HOP Energy, LLC of White Plains, New York has acquired the assets of Groton Oil Co., Inc. of Groton, Connecticut. Cetane Associates, LLC served as the sole arranger and financial advisor to the seller.
Groton Oil Co., Inc., founded in 1946, is a family owned and operated fuel delivery business with customers in and around Groton, Connecticut area.
