Atlanta, GA–DiversiTech announced it has acquired Stride Tool LLC, after previously acquiring Hilmor last summer. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Glenwillow, OH-based Stride Tool is an OEM manufacturer of specialty hand tools with brands such as Imperial, Milbar, Lakeland Products and Bright Solutions International. The acquisition will expand DiversiTech’s HVAC/R tool product portfolio and boost the company’s U.S. manufacturing capabilities with one more location.
