In an announcement about the change, the PPA said Kulik will now serve as the group’s lobbyist in the state capitol of Harrisburg as well as in Washington, D.C. The change took effect at the start of the year. “The board and membership are very appreciative of John’s many years of service as Executive Vice President and recognize that his contributions have been key to the success of PPA,” the announcement said.
As executive vice president, Harris will be responsible for the administration and operations of PPA. He came to the association as Director of Marketing in October 2016. He’s a 2010 graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. The PPA represents over 225 retail petroleum marketers as well as over 150 associate members.
