According to reports, ThompsonGas, Frederick, MD, has acquired All American Propane of Yakima, WA. Terms of the deal were not revealed, however the acquisition expands ThompsonGas’s footprint in the Northwest.
Husband-and-wife team Dick and Carole Start established All American Propane in 1993. After Dick Start’s passing, Carole Start led the company, which includes more than 35 employees; serves central, eastern and southern Washington; has a wholesale propane arm and storage facility in Port of Othello, WA and distribution centers in Yakima and Othello with showrooms.
Established in 1946, ThompsonGas now serves more than 196,000 residential and commercial customers across 20 states in the East, Southeast, West and Midwest.
