Rhoads Energy Family of Cos., Lancaster, PA, has acquired the full-service heating oil business of Mack Oil Co., Inc., in Malvern, PA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1931, Mack Oil Co., Inc., 
operating under the name Mack Services Group, delivers heating oil and HVAC services to residential customers in southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition, Mack Oil Co. performs bulk deliveries of motor fuels to commercial customers, owns and operates three cardlock sites, and retails natural gas supply to residential and commercial customers.
