According to reports, a large and controversial face sculpture made out of empty propane tanks in Appleton, WI, got a new look with a cloth face mask. “The Collective” sculpture by artist Paul Bobrowitz on E. College Ave was recently allowed to stay put by the city council, 
after residents previously complained.
