Blossman Gas, Inc. of Ocean Springs, MS, has acquired two Southeastern propane companies: Stateline Gas of Ranburne, AL, and Youmans Gas & Oil of Hollywood, SC.
Stateline Gas has been in the Georgia and Alabama markets since 1999 and both businesses were previously family-owned, as is the third-generation Blossman Gas.
“We are pleased to announce our acquisition of Youmans Gas & Oil and Stateline Gas,” said Stuart Weidie, President & CEO of Blossman Gas. “We are excited that after many years of growing exemplary companies and providing quality customer service, these propane marketers selected Blossman Gas to transition their business.”
Customers of both companies will continue to receive uninterrupted service, Blossman Gas said.
