According to Charlotte Weekly, a One Hour Heating & HVAC technician saved a family from fire on June 6 in Charlotte, NC.
Jim Washer saw black smoke billowing over treetops on his way to an appointment. Without hesitation, he called 911, ran into the house and saved a mother and daughter, as well as the family’s dog, cat and lizard. The family was reportedly unaware the house was on fire.
