Solar Integrated Roofing Corp, a solar power and roofing systems installation company, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a California-based HVAC provider for residential and commercial properties. The name of the business was not disclosed, however, it is described as an HVAC installation company with more than 15 years of experience, according to Newsfile Corp. The undisclosed company recently launched a Ultraviolet (UV) lighting system product line that can be installed within HVAC systems, and sanitizes air as it passes through the filter system. The system is expected to kill certain airborne pathogens that transmit illnesses, such as COVID-19. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
