Cetane Associates LLC, Kent, CT, has appointed Tamera Kovacs as Director, effective April 1.
Kovacs has spent the last 20+ years in the retail propane/delivered fuels industry with much of that time performing M&A advisory, business consulting, transition planning and business valuation services. She is a regular speaker at industry tradeshows and she is a published author for business trade journals.
Before joining Cetane Associates, Kovacs spent 23 years with Propane Resources in various roles, including Senior Advisor for its M&A consulting group. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Baker University.
