HomeServe USA has acquired Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC, Mesa, AZ, an HVAC services provider in the greater Phoenix area. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sure Temp was founded in 2012 and will continue to service the Phoenix area under HomeServe’s new ownership.
“I was introduced to HomeServe by another area HVAC company who had partnered with them, so I was able to get a trusted perspective on how HomeServe treats its companies,” said Keith Rozelle, Former Owner and newly appointed GM of Sure Temp.
