Atlantic-Pratt Energy, Inc., a Braintree, MA-based fourth generation HVAC company, has acquired L&T Oil, Co. of Braintree for an undisclosed sum.
“The acquisition L&T Oil will further strengthen our position in the market and allow us to devote even more resources to serving our customers,” said Don Nogueira, President of Atlantic-Pratt Energy.
Atlantic-Pratt Energy was founded in 1921 as Atlantic Ice & Coal and has served the South Shore for more than 90 years.
