HVAC-R and energy solutions provider Bacharach, Inc. has acquired Neutronics Inc., a provider of refrigerant and gas analyzers which serve the automotive HVAC, commercial HVAC, semi-conductor and safety and rescue industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Neutronics will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bacharach and will continue to be led by President Gary Halpern and COO David Halpern, son of Neutronics founder Terry Halpern.
