HVAC provider MacFarlane Energy, Inc., Dedham, MA has acquired the full-service heating oil business of Munhall Fuel Co, Inc. based in Watertown, MA and served the Boston area. Munhall delivers heating oil and burner service as Munhall Energy. MacFarlane will continue operations at Munhall’s present office with the same Munhall employees. Munhall customers should notice little change. Cetane Associates, LLC served as the sole arranger and financial advisor to Munhall. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
