The Connecticut Energy Marketers Association (CEMA) recently launched a new podcast titled “Mission Possible” to highlight the organization’s members and cleaner, greener home heating fuel.
When it comes to delivering greener, cleaner, renewable energy, CEMA said its members want their customers and Connecticut State lawmakers to know that the future is already here for their industry. In fact, homes heated by fuel already have this new biomass-based fuel in the tank.
“More than half of Connecticut residents use home heating fuel to keep their homes safe and warm during the cold, winter months,” said Chris Herb, President of CEMA, which represents 600 locally owned home heating fuel companies in the State.
“If you use home heating fuel, we want you to know that you are making a difference right now by using ultra-low sulfur heating fuel mixed with renewable biodiesel.”
Called “Mission Possible: Delivering Cleaner Fuel Today,” each episode of the podcast features a CEMA member telling their story of how they are making a difference for their customers and community. “The [stories] from these family-owned businesses represent a century of service to the 169 communities who make up our State,” Herb added.
