The Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) announced that the 12-month requirement to complete the skills assessment portion for the Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) is being suspended until Aug. 1 for anyone who passed their CETP exam after March 1, 2019.
“The safety of our industry employees and customers is our primary concern,” says Eric Kuster, PERC’s VP of Safety, Education and Compliance. “As there is a level of uncertainty as to when travel and personal interaction restrictions will be lifted, the Aug. 1 date may be extended at the discretion of the CETP program administration.”
