CopperPoint poised for home services acquisitions

According to news reports, newly founded Kansas City-based company CopperPoint (part of 1248 Holdings, formerly Bicknell Family Holding Co.), is actively pursuing acquisitions in the fragmented home services industry, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC providers. The goal is to help the companies grow and professionalize their workforces, reports allege.

The Kansas City, MO-based firm was founded in July 2022 and describes itself as, “an entrepreneurial investment company specializing in the home-services industry. Created with Midwestern values of hard work, trust and integrity, our purpose is to positively impact as many people as possible.”

CopperPoint’s three focuses are:
