Energy Kinetics is launching the Integrity Combi Boiler.
The Integrity is a modulating condensing boiler built with off-the-shelf safety controls and industry standard parts, according to the company. These include a Hydrostat, Carlin 70200 Primary Control, Carlin Ignitor, and a factory-installed Caleffi mixing valve. The Integrity also features the Energy Kinetics made-in-USA condensing 316L fire tube boiler platform with wide open flue passes and wide open water passes for clean, long-term operation and ease of service.
Available in 120,000 BTU/hr and 200,000 BTU/hr models, the Integrity has an oversized plate heat exchanger for increased condensing rates and ample hot water for showers, laundry and more. The 5-Zone Integrity Condensing Energy Manager boiler control can be expanded up to 20 zones and features self-guided menus so boiler setup can take less than a minute, according to Energy Kinetics.
The Integrity Combi Boiler also introduces the optional Quick Water Saver, an innovation that preheats hot water piping so homeowners get hot water faster, without wasting water, energy or fuel dollars. Additional technologies include thermal purge for condensing and higher efficiency; the Sealix non-stick plate heat exchanger for hard water applications; SmartBoost for faster heating response, more condensing, cleaner operation and higher efficiency; and an optional high performance hot water storage tank for tubs, spas and higher volume hot water applications.
