Harrisburg, PA-based HB Global LLC announced it has acquired Spectrum Mechanical & Service Contractors LLC, an HVAC company in Tempe, Arizona.
Terms of the deal were not revealed. Founded in 1997, Spectrum provides design, installation, maintenance and service of commercial HVAC systems throughout Arizona for a broad spectrum of clientele. Spectrum has 150 employees and revenue of approximately $25 million in 2019. Spectrum will become the fifth division of HB Global, which also includes HB McClure, IT Landes, Nash Plumbing & Mechanical and North Shore Mechanical Contracting.
