According to Virginia Business, Columbia, MD-based HVAC contractor Havtech will acquire two Richmond, VA-based HVAC firms, including Air Conditioning Equipment Sales Inc. (ACES) and Mechanical Systems Testing & Balancing Inc. (MSTB). Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Founded in 1971, ACES is an HVAC manufacturer’s representative in Central Virginia, Tidewater and Roanoke markets. MSTB performs certified testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC air and hydronic systems and also performs building systems commissioning.
The acquired companies are expected to stay separate and maintain their own identities and organizations.
