The Maine Energy Marketers Association (MEMA) held its 7th annual Fuel Your Love promotion. More than 1,000 nominations were entered to win 100 gallons of heating fuel for free. It was a record year for nominations, MEMA said.
MEMA randomly selected 50 winners on Feb. 28. Sponsors included Colby & Gale, Dead River Co., Eastern Propane & Oil, Maine Energy, Maine Standard Biofuels, RH Foster Energy, Murray-Heutz Oil and Propane and AFC.
