The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association & Alan Mercurio (left) will join together in their efforts to continue bringing the industry the best possible training on state of the art cutting edge technology, equipment and troubleshooting. Mercurio will become a full-time employee of the association as the Lead Technical Trainer, and Assistant Director to the growing PPATEC training program. In addition, most of the services provided by Oil Tech Talk for the past 18 years will be available through the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association and PPATEC. Ted Harris is the Executive Vice President/Secretary of the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (right).
