Crystal Flash, a Grand Rapids, MI-based distributor of gasoline, diesel fuel and home heating propane, has acquired Kohley’s Superior Propane in Muskegon, MI. The transaction, which was finalized on June 7, was private. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The purchase includes 1,700 home heating customers. Two of Kohley’s team members are also set to join Crystal Flash.
Since 2011, employee-owned Crystal Flash has acquired 11 other companies in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula and northern Indiana.
