According to ReBusinessOnline, NY-based HVAC design and engineering firm Gil-Bar Industries has acquired HVAC contractor GBS Ltd., Berkeley Heights, NJ. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however the company plans to merge affiliate Metro Air Products, GBS Ltd. and Gil-Bar’s New Jersey operations into a single entity called Gil-Bar Sales NJ.
