NJ bulk plant to be sold at auction

An 800,000g bulk plant in Rockaway, Morris County is being sold at auction. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday January 31, 2018.
In addition to the bulk storage there is a 5,000+/- SF shell retail building and 2,400+/- SF of Office Space on 5.68 acres which is zoned retail and industrial. There is a large throughput business there currently.
