The National Propane Gas Association has opened registration for its National Propane Gas Foundation (NPGF) Golf Tournament. Scheduled for April 3 at the Springfield Golf Course in Fort Mill, SC, the event will support the NPGF Scholarship Fund.
Space is limited; once registration reaches capacity, NPGF will maintain a wait list. This event is open only to members of the propane industry and is limited to eight golfers per company. The Tournament Committee will create foursomes to facilitate networking and competitive play.
The $220 registration fee includes round trip transportation, greens fee, range balls, lunch and refreshments. Buses will depart from the Westin in Charlotte, NC, at 9 a.m. for an 11 a.m. shotgun start.
The NPGF Scholarship Fund provides $1,000 and $2,000 scholarships to students pursuing any course of study at two- or four-year colleges or technical, trade or vocational schools. NPGF awards over 100 scholarships annually. Eligible applicants are children of employees of NPGA member companies, State propane associations and the Propane & Education Research Council (PERC).
