The Oilheat Institute of Long Island (OHILI) and New York Oil Heating Association (NYOHA) recently merged to form the New York State Energy Coalition (NYSEC). Legislative priorities of the organization include tank replacement tax credits and burner rebate programs, carbon tax monitoring, the elimination of the NYS Petroleum Business Tax, Lien Law legislation and a New York chapter of the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA).
