RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ –OSG Billing Services (OSG) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Miria Systems, Inc. (Miria), a provider of intelligent business process automation specializing in accounts payable and expenses, headquartered in Norristown, PA. Miria will continue to be led by President Marty Michael and will operate as a subsidiary of OSG.
