Paraco Gas Corp., Rye Brook, NY, has acquired the full-service propane delivery business of Advantage Propane LLC in Califon, NJ.
Founded in 2012 by Steven Congiusta and Douglas Tascarella, Advantage Propane sells and delivers propane to residential, commercial and agricultural customers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania from Califon facility, which also includes a 30,000-gallon propane bulk plant.
Paraco is a large, privately-held propane marketer in the U.S., providing propane services to more 120,000 customers. Cetane Associates served as the sole arranger and financial advisor to Advantage Propane. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
