Lyerla Heating & Air, a 15-year-old HVAC company based in Joplin, MO, announced it has been acquired by Paschal. Lyerla Heating will be rebranded as Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Paschal, headquartered in Springdale, AR, began serving the four-states area three years ago when the company expanded operations into Southwest Missouri.
Lyerla President Kevin Brady will remain with Paschal as GM of the Southwest Missouri division. Brady noted the companies will work together with the Joplin and Carthage, MO locations to continue providing “the top-notch service, excellence, and support that you have come to rely on and expect,” he said in a statement.
Paschal has served Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri and the Fort Smith River Valley for more than 50 years and has helped thousands of Arkansas and Missouri homeowners with their home service needs. Paschal has 250+ employees and will bring expanded resources, including plumbing and electrical, to better serve customers and the surrounding communities.
