Philadelphia-based Sila Services LLC has acquired Fahrenheit HVAC, a three-decade old company based in Bucks County, PA and known for its commitment to reliable, professional, same-day HVAC repairs and installations. Sila has been delivering home comfort in heating, AC, plumbing and electrical services, throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, since 1989. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
