Boston-based Tank Utility has hired three senior executives. Gary Clarke has been tapped as COO. Clarke has served with Amazon Kindle, Netscape Communications, USinternetworking and Vignette. Most recently, Clarke served as the President of Enerad. Chris Brablc was named Senior Director of Marketing. Prior to Tank Utility, Brablc promoted innovations and human resources at SmashFly. Tank Utility appointed Collin Sullivan, formerly of Avatas, as Business Development Manager.
