“The Collective,” a piece of art by Paul Bobrowitz in Appleton, WI that is comprised of empty propane tanks, is one step closer to being moved. At a Municipal Services Committee meeting on Jan. 14, members voted 4-1 to rescind approval for the sculpture’s location on East College Avenue after public comments. Some residents have requested it be moved. Ultimately, the Common Council will get the final say on if the sculpture gets moved Jan. 22.
